WHAT WE DO
Our Services
Professional wellbeing support delivered through individual sessions, group workshops, and community events.
Individual Support
1:1 Wellbeing Sessions
Our flagship service offers 60-minute individual consultations in a safe, private, and professional setting. These sessions are framed as wellbeing support, not cosmetic services, focusing on building confidence, improving self-care habits, and providing a space for mental health support.
Each session is tailored to the individual's needs. Whether you are dealing with low confidence, stress, skin concerns, or simply need a safe space to be heard, our sessions provide professional support in a non-clinical environment.
Group Sessions
Educational Workshops
Our workshops bring wellbeing education to schools, youth groups, and community organisations. Sessions cover practical topics including safe skincare practices, body image awareness, confidence building, and self-care education.
Each workshop accommodates 8 to 15 participants and is designed to be interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate. We work with organisations to tailor content to their specific audience and needs.

Open Access Events
Community Wellbeing Days
Four times a year, we host open-access community events across the Bournemouth area. These free events bring people together for introductory treatments, wellbeing advice, and signposting to further support services.
Community Wellbeing Days are designed to be welcoming and accessible. Participants can meet others, receive gentle skincare treatments, learn about available services, and connect with their community in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
